This interest bearing limited transaction account is designed for any business entity.

	Minimum Balance to Open Account - $2500.00
	Transaction Limitations – You may make six (6) transfers from your account each month, of which only three (3) may be third party drafts or checks.
	Compounding and Crediting Frequency: Interest will be compounded and credited monthly.
	Minimum Balance to Avoid the Imposition of Fee – If your balance falls below $2,500.00 on any day in the month, your account will be subject to a $15.00 Maintenance Fee for that month. An excess withdrawal fee of $15.00 per withdrawal will be imposed on all withdrawals over the stated transaction limitations.
	Deposit Rate Information (based upon account balance) Daily Balance less than $5000 - Savings Daily Balance $5000 to $14,999 - MMA Rate Daily Balance $15,000 to $49,999 - Bonus MMA Rate Daily Balance $50,000 to $74,999 - Prime MMA Rate Daily Balance $75,000 to $99,999 - Premium MMA Rate Daily Balance $100,000 or greater – Platinum Plus MMA Rate Interest is calculated by the daily balance method which applies a daily periodic rate to the balance in the account each day. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change at our discretion. Interest will begin to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example checks) into your account.
